  3. Take out 2 minutes in the day to self- appreciate by taking a deep breath and saying what have i done today – eg. Helped people, made people laugh or cared for my dog.
  4. You do not need to be perfect – most successful people achieve 6 out of 10 actions in a week.
  5. Be your own best friend. Look in the mirror and tell yourself you are ok!
  6. Get out of any rut and try something new which is out of your comfort zone
  7. Always mix with positive people – negative people will drain your energy
  8. Ask yourself about the benefit of your gaining more self-esteem which in turn will give you more enjoyment of life and of yourself.
  9. Make it all simple – kiss – keep it simple sunshine!
