- When your “inner voice” is talking to you learn to replace the negatives from it saying “you are lazy” to saying “i am not listening to you today, as i have a lot of work to do and accomplish today.”

- Take out 2 minutes in the day to self- appreciate by taking a deep breath and saying what have i done today – eg. Helped people, made people laugh or cared for my dog.
- You do not need to be perfect – most successful people achieve 6 out of 10 actions in a week.
- Be your own best friend. Look in the mirror and tell yourself you are ok!
- Get out of any rut and try something new which is out of your comfort zone
- Always mix with positive people – negative people will drain your energy
- Ask yourself about the benefit of your gaining more self-esteem which in turn will give you more enjoyment of life and of yourself.
- Make it all simple – kiss – keep it simple sunshine!
