I thought that I would just touch again on the relief when you discover financial pressure is not an issue.
I am going to give you a tennis metaphor on well-being and financial freedom!
My distant background is as a tennis professional and coach but I did play at Junior Wimbledon back in 1965!
Well-being in every aspect is about being at the top of your game. If you think about it, when everything is going well you’ll have a healthy mind, body, life and work balance as all things will be working together.
If you think about life of a tennis player, when they’re at the top of their game, you can see it in their physiology, the way they walk, and how they react after they make their best shot. And when they’re not, everything will be falling apart, they’ll be berating themselves, they will be in conflict with the umpire and giving themselves a hard time.
